I remember everyone starts screaming when they see blood in the water and then doesn't someone grab him out of the water and the see his split face and scream? Or does he get out of the water and they scream? And then the next bit is in the hospital and they are inspecting his head and it's moving around. I remember there was that man who tried to commit suicide with a shotgun and survived it and has his face off.
