You need a display for the console to work. That'd be like saying neither comes with electricity, since that wouldn't be included with the purchase. People say "consoles offer better gaming performance per £ spent". Which is true if you buy rather than build, and only if you don't include a TV to run them off. My PC build cost approx £600 and my monitor was £100. A decent sized HD TV that isn't made of of that stuff they make chocolate boxes out of is about £4-500. Whilst not a PC gamer myself, I don't let fanboy clouds get in my eyes. I prefer my 360, but I know that PC is better.
