GTAIV Has Encountered a problem and needs to close

Ok GUys , the problem exist at here.. after i install all over the GTAIV , then i get into the game through The SocialClub definately , and then i get into the game.. it wil show some description like bla bla bla about 2page then the RockStar Icon come out , 2Rockstar BigBig Out , then the

GrandThiefAutoIV Word Out , then It Poped Out This

 

and i re-install much few times , stil the same thing occur

 

 

My PC Performance:

Intel Core i5 CPU [email protected]

3.0GB Ram

NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250

 

i Think my pc is already suit to this game..

 

And i NEED HELP

Have you tried updating the game with the latest patch? If not, then try that and see if it makes a difference.

To add to what Girish said, What OS do you have, and if it is Vista(do you have the latest SP, which is SP2) OR if on XP, do you have SP3? If on 7, then disregard, as there is no SP for 7 yet. Remember, that the game needs SP3 for XP or SP 1 or SP2 for Vista to run. Also, make sure ALL your drivers are up to date for the Video card, Sound card, DX, etc. Also, what is the video cards's vram?
