ThomasPL
I bought PS2 on wednesday and LCS yesterday. The game is not a pirated copy, and the console isn't modded. Game works fine. But sometimes when I was driving a car I noticed dropping FPS. Especialy when many cars are on the screen. Is it like it should be or there is something wrong with my PS2 or DVD with game? killer24
What is FPS? I think your PS2 is slow.

Garfield 2
It's the game itself. It's just laggy.
radioman
I think that is normal, as it seems like all PS2 games have more lag as compared to PC games. For example, SA lags quite a bit and is a lot slower loading on the PS2 than it does with the PC version-The PC version is much faster load times and a lot smoother gameplay-45+fps as compared to probably 20fps on PS2. It is probably just that the hardware the PS2 has is not up to par with the hardware of the PS3, X-box 360, and modern PC's of today. So, if you played PC games before PS2 games(like I did-as I have played III, VC, and SA for PC before I got them for PS2), than the gameplay will seem slower on the PS2, imo. This goes for the PS2 slim model, not sure about the bulky one, as it is not sold anymore-only the slim models are.
ThomasPL
Ok thanks. I was worrying because I was thinking every game on PS2 works smooth. I never before played any GTA on PS2.
