There's your issue. You need a JF after each if statements.

 

Question, have you heard of IF AND? Because that whole block can be narrowed down to:

 

 

if and 056E:   car [email protected] defined 0137:   car [email protected] model == #POLMAV0205:   actor $PLAYER_ACTOR near_car [email protected] radius 25.0 25.0 25.0 flag 0 jf @1

And if I had to be picky, your post was brief, lacked CODE tags, and was instructing OP to use this structure

 

 

[email protected]

 

 

Which will not only not work, it's also impractical even if it did work and it's what OP was using anyway
