yair1221 Posted October 29, 2010 Share Posted October 29, 2010 ive tried to export a weapon i made, and in the game it was pointing the wrong way whenever i rotate it in 3ds max and export it to dff it still points the wrong way no matter what i do i have to import that weapon, how do i do it? RanxeroX Posted October 31, 2010 Share Posted October 31, 2010 Have you tried using the 'Reset Xform' function? Try rotating the weapon to where you want it then, while still selected, goto the Utility tab and select Reset Xform. Go back to the Modify tab and you should see it in the stack where you can collapse it to make the change permanent. This might be what you need to do... So does that mean you've got it to work by importing your work-in-progess to Sketchup, editing then re-exporting to 3ds-Max? Isn't that a lot more work than applying one modifier? Whatever...
