Looks like one is better off with separate GTA IV and EFLC. On the other hand this is a perfectly fine budget package and if someone doesn't have the games it'll be the best $40 they ever spent. I wouldn't say I was disappointed (It was a bargain, truth be told), but it's hardly the greatest package to have ever been released.
