spawn car problem

hey guys what means spawn car when i click on that nothing heappens i go to cars there is spwan car i click on it nothing happen

Its simple,Press y to open up the menu,select cars,press space,and there you can add a car

EDIT:Spawn car,and "cars" are different things,selecting "spawn car" will make the car you added spawn after the selected objective,While "Cars" adds new cars
