I think it would make an interesting choice, and the map could be easily done. There are interstate systems and residential areas throughout the city. New Orleans has an East Bank, West Bank, and several sub-cities (like Metairie and Gretna) alongside it. Also, there's the Mississippi River and Lake Pontchatrain on the North Shore.
