ASI loader wont load GTA

Hi,

 

I've got a problem with my GTA IV. I got it today from amazon, brand new, and it doesn't work that well as my specs arn't too good so it laggs a little.

 

I've installed some mods inc LCPD First repsonce and Native Trainer but i need an ASI loader to make them run properly.

 

I installed dsounds.dll and it came up with an error code when i ran the game, and when i installed xliveless, the game didn't load at all. I have patch 1.0.4.0 installed also in the game.

 

Can anyone help me to make my game run with an ASI Loader?
