Connection Issues

I run my 360's connection to live through my laptop, which is linked to my wireless network. It's called a network bridge and I've been using this method of connectivity to GTA IV's online since the middle of August.

 

Within the last two weeks my connection has been incredibly unstable. I can join games for roughly five to ten minutes and then my connection drops completely and the multiple applications being stopped at once locks up the console for several minutes. I reset my router and then my time in Liberty City increases to maybe thirty minutes to an hour but then it goes right back to hell.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. GTA IV is my favourite game and the online is my favourite feature.
