Is there a cheat where you change your character?

So, is there a cheat where you can change your character? Like in Vice City for example. Or other gta games.

I remember in 3 it was "ilikedressingup" cheat and you could play as other character, even a female.

Can you do that in IV? I want to play as Michelle. Or any other girl.

sorry to break it to ya buddie but there is a "cheat" for it, you need pc and a trainer and u can do that.

Well yeah, in that case.

 

But by cheat I assumed he ment "console button typing" cheat already programmed in the game.

And plus, he even said "likedressingup" - an actual cheat code in the game!
