Hello and welcome to my new topic GTA V Sanverity City.As you can see this is a concept thread and I will be telling about this concept thread in text obviously.I will let R* handle the missions and radio stations.Thanks To Narcis_speed6,RollY,akavari112,EduardKoeleJuck

 

Gta V will be in GTA Sanverity it will take place at 2009-2011.The cities will change a lot and the will be like GTA 4 graphics or better.

A cutscene begins:(the year is 1990) You are in a private jet about to land(the camera is inside the plane) there are loads of bags of drugs and inside the plane is The Don,Felipo,Fiorano,Carlo(you),Giovanni and Francesco.You are about to land and everybody is so happy that the drug smuggling is about to finish and they land safely,as they open the door you find lots of policemen and NOOSE officers with their cars.You and all the people that were inside the plane(pilots are excluded)got an immediate arrest.*Now its start to show bits of the mafia in court,all of you had a prison sentence of 19 years.

 

The game begins(2009) few days before you are let out.You are in Liberty City Prison.You have to protect The Don from the prisoners.You will participate in jail fights to protect the Italian Mafia.When you are released you will find Amilia with 2 black and tinted Schafters.You will ride with Felipo(driving),Carlos(Front Passenger seat),Amelia and The Don are sitting at the back and the rest of the people are at the other Schafter.

Clothes:(scroll down)

 

Firniture:Can be bought online or from shops.You can change the interior,add more garages/parking spots,add flowers in the garden etc.

 

Vehicles:Cars can either be bought online and delivered to your safehouse or you can go to car showroom or a dealership you can customize it from the dealership and then if you want you can pay tax so if you lose it or blow it you will be able to recover it.

 

Vehicles Customisation:It will be more detailed at the bottom.

 

Nightclubs/clubs:You can go to a nightclub/club anytime you want.If you pay for the VIP membership you don't have to wait in line,free drinks and lots of lap dances.If you dont't have it you will have to pay each time you enter,wait in line and the drinks are quite expensive.

 

Bars:You will be able to drink alcohol with or without a partner.The 'DRUNK' effect will last for a few realtime minutes.

 

Restaurents:You can eat with or without a partner.You can order a starter,main and desert.

 

Cafe's:You can eat with or without a partner.There will be a lot of them scattered in the city.

 

Weapons:Weapons can be bought from random people,ammunations and from a friends' van.

 

Music:Cassettes or CDs' can be bought from music and can be put in your car's stereo or your home's stereo.

 

Home Security:Can buy alarm systems for your houses/apartments,so when it gets robbed you will be notified.(can be toggled ON or OFF)

 

Gifts:You can buy jewelry,flowers(etc.) for your friends.

 

 

 

You can buy or rent(not sell) safehouses all around Sanverity.Houses will have garages and apartments/penthouses will have a parking spot.As I mentioned above,you can modify your safehouses.The more it is modified the more the rent will be higher.

Now you can eat food from your safehouse.I mean for FFS whats the point of having a kitchen.

 

 

 

 

You can get money by missions.There 2 ways in which you can get money-legal or illegal.

Police-like in (true crime new yourk city)with the payroll

Illegal business(these are a lot)

In each safehouse there is a phone(similiar to Mafia II)which is ofcourse customizable.

 

 

Whiz:(With camara and no camera versions)

 

iFruit: Iphone

 

SimSam: Samsung

 

BlueBerry: BlackBerry

 

Noria:Nokia

 

And now the cameras can record videos and capture images and those images will be in the hard drive of the console so all you have to do is plug a USB.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Casinos:Each week(in game) will generate a certain amount of money.To increase that money you can add more gambling tables,more hotel rooms,valet,more bars and restaurents and more workers.This business is legal.

 

Extortion:Go to a random shop and ask them if they want protection,if they refuse damage the shop slowly then they will surely pay you money.Ilegal.

 

Smuggling:You have to take illegal products(alcohol,drugs etc)from the docks,airport or even the harbour.If a policeman was in a car and saw you he is going to pull you over and check the trunk/boot and if he sees the illegal products you will have an immediate 3* wanted level and you will have to lose them without damaging the vehicle.This business is illegal and the smuggling missions are a lot.

 

Pilot:The name says it all.Fly planes between airports and on specific.Legal for sure.

 

Prostitution:You can have a building which people come and take the prostitute or they can take them from the stripclub.The ladies are better looking in the stripclub and they will charge A LOT.60% of it goes to you and the 40% is for the prostitute.The women at the building will not charge a lot like the stripclub women.(Stripclub prostitution illegal-Whore house legal)

 

Empire Building:Same as VCS with more features

 

Robbery:You can rob people,houses,banks and casinos.Robbing people and houses are very simple all you need is a Stud,Yankee or a Boxville etc.It is recomended that you start robbing houses at night time but becareful because some mansions have alarm systems and bodyguards so you have to kill the bodyguards in a sneaky way.To start robbing choose the Robbery option in your phone.The stuff you rob can be used at your safehouse.This business is illegal.

 

Ferry Driver:Drive people with their cars/bikes from harbour to harbour on specific times.Legal.

 

Driver Agency:Drive people in their choice of vehicle and the color of it.Geting 75% will let have free rides to anywhere you want.This Business is legal

 

Drug Dealing :There are many drugs i just can't name them.It is similiar to Chinatown Wars.You can start drug dealing by pressing the Drug Dealing option in your phone.This business is illegal.

 

 

 

Rent:You can rent your safehouse for a maximum of 5 ingame weeks.If the safehouse is unmodified the cost will be lower,if the house is modified the cost of renting it will be higher.If you want to rent a safehouse go to the nearest real estate agent.This business is legal.

 

Assets:Car showroom(s),Casinos,Prostitution,Strip Club,Nightclub/Club,renting and Smuggling etc.

Nitrous:Similiar to TBOGT,choose from the weak,normal or strong nitrous boost.

Bodykit:Change the entire layout of the car.

Upgrading:You can uprade your car's performances.

Exaust Tips:The larger they are the more they are going to spend fuel.

Vigilante:Arrest bad guys if he/she is shooting at you shoot them with a taser if its a gang with strong weapons you can use the wepon of your choice.Completing 10 out of the 20 missions unlocks you to call back up,completing all of them unlocks you a police outfit.

 

Courier:Deliver goods to a specific place before the time is over and without damaging the vehicle which will damage the goods.

 

Paramedic:Drive/fly people to the nearest hospital.Find and rescue people lost in the sea before they drown.Finishing 10 out of the 20 missions unlock you a device which will help you find missing people,completing all unlocks a paramedic outfit

 

Fire Truck:Help people stuck in burning buildings,stopping the fire in vehicles and buildings.Completing half of them will send you more fire trucks

completing all will unlock a Fireman outfit and immunity to fire.

 

Personal Driver:Sort of like a taxi driver but in style.People choose a specific vehicle(boat,car,helicopter,or plane) and the color of that vehicle.Completing half of them unlocks you as client but for free and completing all of them will unlock you a unique suit.

 

Pilot:Fly a plane full with passengers on a scheduled flight from a specific airport to another.Completing half of them will unlock you free flights from anywhere you want and completing all of them will unlock a pilot suit

 

Bus Driver:Drive people from a station to another on time.

 

Waiter:Serve people drinks and food.

 

Bodyguard:Protect people or one person from any harm that occurs to him you can be a Private driver and bodyguard at the same time which means more pay.

 

Croupier:Choose a gambling table and be a servant at those table.Completing half of them unlocks you a croupier outfit,all of them and you unlock the ability to gamble with higher stakes.

 

Steward:Serve people drinks and food in an airplane,

Not a bad start but most of my gripes lie with the weapons;

 

-You've listed the M72 LAW as a heat seaking rocket launcher? afaik it's never been able to do that

-I really hate to say it and I avoid comparing this in peoples topics as much as I can but the weapons seem to be very... 'Call of Duty' ish and not so much GTA, the use of terms akimbo and digital paint just strengthen this a bit

-The digital paint, gold plate and chrome plating will probably get some flak. This isn't Army of Two where you have your own weapon and make it your own; GTA is about criminals, and criminals don't tend to hang on to weapons or want to make themselves stand out anymore - weapons are usually stock weapons bought from wherever and used only practically and therefore any modifications would be practical and not cosmetic.

-I'd also work on the sizing for that weapon sheet; it's a bit wide and stretches the page; runing your overall presentation and the posts to come.
