Ho do i do Club Management missions?

I have completed all story missions but i can't find an option to do Club Management mission, please help

The missions are in Maisonette, it says 'only managers' on the door.

after 10:pm go into the managers office in Maisonette 9 to start your management missions, keep on mission til you get sent on a VIP mission. until you do the VIP mission, you haven't competed the management mission.
