I was wondering if its possible to made two things from the Mafia 2 for GTA SA

 

1. Cars driven by the peds do not stop in a second-they can hurt a player

 

2. The camera shaking while fast running

 

if this is possible and quite easy to make i will be happy if somone will help .

For #1, I found that it was possible in VC but I found that out by accident. It was related to the aggressive drivers cheat. It shouldn't be too difficult to find that for SA if one has access to the disassembled game.
