Accessing multiple heavens...

So from what I can understand, you can't do this in the PS2 version? I tried using a jetpack to fly through the ceiling in the Ganton Gym and I can't find any of the yellow markers to access the other heavens. Am I doing something wrong? Besides, why are there a dozen of them in the first place? Wouldn't it make more sense to store all of the interiors in the same heaven that, for example, the Ganton Gym interior occupies? It just seems like a lot of wasted space dividing them all up like that.

To answer your second question, I presume it's to lower the stress on the console in loading a new universe - thus, if there are less interiors in that specific heaven, the loading times are shorter.

That's probably true. I've noticed that Smoke's Crack Palace, for example, doesn't always load instantly. For the first two seconds the walls are invisible allowing you to see the multiple floors. Not sure if the same thing happens on the PC version.

In the same heaven that the Ganton Gym interior occupies if you let CJ continue to fall you eventually land on this large grey map. There's water mapped out in that heaven too. Seems like it's the exact same map, only everything that's solid is invisible.

Apparrently there's an abandoned apartment there too, but I couldn't find it.

Has this part been answered yet? I can't find any yellow markers, but I did find some weird yellow 'tornado' type thing.

Yes you can do it on the PS2 version and I believe the "yellow 'tornado' type thing" that you're describing is what we call a yellow marker. I hope you weren't looking for this thing instead...

No, it was HUGE!!!!!!!! and it was doing some type of horizontal bending in multiple locations.

that means you found something very few people have found. Finding the yellow markers on the ps2 is harder, it is on pc as well if you do it without mods or cheats, the best way is to watch a video and get the location where the yellow markers are and mark them on your map before you go off the ganton gym with the jetpack otherwise you will go in the wrong direction, and get a tec 9 stock up on ammo and fire off every once in awhile to make sure your not flying into a building thats invisible. you can also use it so you know when your going up or down by watching the smoke paths.

Errr... pic?

The "yellow tornado" he's talking about is reflection of the sun on the water, which you can also see in San Andreas. Nothing special, really. It just means you've fallen too low and need to start over.

Anyways, I've already found most of the interiors. The only yellow marker I can't access is the one that takes you to Liberty City. I hear it's located where the Los Santos graveyard is after you enter the yellow marker near the stadium, but whenever I get near the graveyard, I keep falling.

Anyways, I gave up. It should be much easier for those using their PC.

Oh that lol. Makes me wonder why he chose the word "tornado" for it. notify.gif

Well, I can see why. Draw distance is extremely low in that area. But the reflection of the sun on the water is more like a part of the background -- it's an effect, as opposed to buildings, trees, roads and everything else that's solid. The waves are what cause the ripple effect, but since virtually everything is invisible it creates the illusion of a yellow tornado.
