And in his office on the back wall is a huge version of the GTA Vice City box. Was Billy Mays in Vice City as one of Vercettis gang officially? I always thought it was a sound-alike. now that i think about it though, billy Mays died from doing too much coke, and on the show he's always wearing Hawaiian t shirts...
