Mini-jord164 Posted October 10, 2010 Share Posted October 10, 2010 (edited) I made a model for a building for SA in 3DS max trial version (has since run out... ) and used Ddoodm's tutorial on how to texture it usng 3DS max. It didn't seem to work. I could see the model in game but it would repeat a texture was already imported. Now, I obviously don't have 3DS max any more, but how can I make a texture for a complex model of mine? Using what program instead of 3DS max? Can I use MEd for any part of it? Thanks in advance. You can use Gmax, it's free and almost the same as 3DS max. For making .txd files, you need to use TXD Workshop.
