Yes, certainly I at least have access to the whole city. I purchased vc second hand just to try and get a simple car model in. I have succeeded but it's total junk! The pieces are missing but it you can ride it around.

Well this file gives anyone access to everything throughout the city for those who may of lost their files or for someone who has only got a copy for modding. I did manage to sort out my broken model file. So it's getting there.

 

I'm sure there people who have used the file but haven't bothered to say thanks.
