It's a service for PC gamers wherein if you get stuck at a particular point in the game, you can ask someone else to help you out. All you have to do is upload your save, post the download link and mention which mission(s) you want completed. Then a helper will come along, download your save, complete the mission(s) for you, upload the save and you can download that save and continue with your game.
