Whitch is best location to do Paramedic missions?I mean whitch is best hospital to do Paramedic missions?

I do them in the Ocean View Hospital, they are very easy

OK any tips please?They are Hard I flip when I get to place near 'Lighthouse'(for patient to save) so...

I prefer the hospital at Vice Point. Its very close to the El Swank Casa. Before starting the paramedic mission I save there, so that in case of a failure I can quickly start over. Thats only my view though, you should pick a locality which you can navigate the best. You could also play the mission in the western island. Note that if you've completed the mission Trojan Voodoo, the Haitians will be hostile to you - this will be a major problem.

 

Pause the game and view the map at the beginning of each level. Group your patients into trios (3 is the maximum passengers an ambulance can carry) and pick up a single group on each trip. Plan your route in advance. Time will not be much of a problem as you advance in the mission. Make generous use of the brakes, try not to hurry too much and risk flipping the vehicle. This is very important while driving on the beach. Turn on the siren to make other vehicles give way for you.

I think he meant the one in the northern part of the first island-- (not sure of the name)... in vice point....

 

I always do it in ocean beach-- (south part of first island)-- there are some ez shortcuts to get to the "beach section) and I'm just better at getting around that area--

 

That being said, the majority of people find vice point easier....

 

I would avoid it on the 2nd island hostile haitians or not.... for the litte havana hospital you WILL get patient spawns at the airport... and it sucks getting in and out of there..... the VCS map would have made cake of this as there is an easier airport access in that game....

 

For the downtown hospital you will get spawns in little haiti and it is a pain to navigate over there and back in a timely manner.... I also had a patient spawn inside the restuarant downtown and he wouldn't come out and get in the ambulance....

I prefer to do the ambulance mission on the first island it's way easier the only negative point is how fast the ambulances can be there's been many a time when i've accidentally run over a patient this happens most commonly on the beach where it's difficult to slow down.
