Hello people of GTAForums we will present a really cool thing Maybe we are the first in the entire forum

Here is it Finally Someone Have The Grand Theft Auto III Beta Version assome because He will answer questions

About the Beta ect. biggrin.gif

 

_Darkel Mission Names______________________________________________________

 

[•] 1.To blow up a Schoolbus full of high schoolers. This mission was called Child's Play.

[•] 2.To lure kids to an Ice Cream Van and then blow it up. This mission is called I Scream, You Scream and it's giffen to El Burro.

[•] 3.To blow up a highschool building. This mission was called School's Out.

[•] 4. To blow up 13 cars. This mission was called RAMPAGE!!

[•] 5.To burn people alive with a Flame Thrower. This mission is called Trial By Fire and it's giffen to El Burro.

[•] 6. To bomb the Stadium on Staunton Island with a Dodo because Darkel's favorite football team has lost the game. This mission was called Stadium Flight Fright.

[•] 7. To bomb the airport with a Dodo. This mission was called Flight Delay.

[•] 8. To fly a Dodo into the Love Media building to destroy it and killing Donald Love. This mission was called Love Hurts.

[•] 1. A thief stole Curtly's package, so he wants you to kill him and get his package back. this mission was called Give It Back.

[•] 2.To protect the Head Radio DJ Tom Novy from a maffia attack. This mission is called Head Radio Protection

[•] 3.Curtly is sick of Darkel's terrorist actions, so he wants you to kill Darkel. This mission was called So Long Darkel.

Rockstar Games wouldn't mind, why would they even care? R* don't lose any money over it.

I'm still unconvinced, there aren't even any pictures from 'it'.

Here's a test to see how knowledgeable you are about the beta version of GTA III. The beta version of GTA III has a debug menu. You don't need to have the actual beta to know this but this should easily be turned on if you actually do have the beta version. Can you list every option you see in that menu?

Well, you can choose your own name for the player, and if you don't choose a name the default name is Claude.

Afcourse they care. My uncle's colleagues gave it sneaky to me because they like me, and if Rockstar know I have a beta version I'm f*cked and they will fire them.

Novy was NEVER the playable character.

Novy was only an ingame version of a beta radio DJ Tom Novy.

This beta video with a novy tune playing is proof enough.

and the dev's won't just change the game they are developing to make novy the player for no reason at all so don't say thats what they did.

I think ThomasEmiel has GTA III from August/September 2001, when everything was ready to release. The differences between the latest beta and the final version are: missions from Darkel and Curtly and blue police cars - nothing else.

 

ThomasEmiel: If you REALLY have that beta - could you upload it somewhere and post the links on other forum? If somebody wants it, will find it.

 

EDIT: Really - I'll believe you, when you post some proof (for example a screen from deleted cut-scene).

The Beta development pictures like this one of Staunton Island Airport and Shorside Vale was from developers who gave interviews and information to games magazines and websites, mainly Gouranga very early in iii's development when it was Beta.

GOURANGA! website had connections with R* when gta 1/2/london/iii/vc was being made/released but the site is pretty much dead now. (last updated in 2006)

No I Don't think so i think He Have the beta version who looks cartoonish like he Told.Thats not the beta version of August/September 2001 That is the beta of December 2000/January 2001 wink.gif

I was wrong it wasn't Novy, it was just Claude. In the beta he really looks like Novy. I now know this because in 1 of Curtly's missions you had to protect the DJ called Tom Novy from a maffia attack.

Novy was never the protagnist. That rumor was started by people making wild guesses based on no facts. You haven't got proof that he was ever the player because its made up.

Give us proof that you have an actual ps2 dvd with beta gtaiii content on it otherwise it will only seem fake.

What PS2 do you have btw?
