That's really not a measure of intelligence. Truth be told, what sivis does is also not a measure of intelligence. He's just posting facts that you could all be aware of if you were as interested in them as he was. I'm not saying he's stupid. My opinion is that he's a well educated man who knows his stuff. But it's just my opinion. I could be wrong. Maybe he's dumb as a box of rocks, or maybe he's intelligent like Tesla. You can't objectively measure someone's intelligence based on their forum performance.

 

There are exceptions though, like our favorite 40 year old creep.

Is topic supposed to be "Quotable Notables @ GTAF" interesting, humorus or famous quotes by Members, OR a discussion of the (flaming?) personality making the content and truth of the quote(s).

 

This forum is generally unmoderated but there are three rules: no warez, no porn, no spam(advertising, pointless posts, insults, etc.).

Who cares? If it was the topic's creator who was in his Birthday, then I would say congrats Forty (the one who made the topic).

 

Then what is the matter of creating a topic to congrats a dude for his birthday? I don't freaking know who is him, 2 or 3 who posted in that topic didn't know either. I was just 'complying with the rules' of that topic, a way to don't go off-topic like many say.

 

If you say that I am going off-topic with that post, then its weird. Because I am just replying to someone who meant my name in his post.
