I just found out about a spammer who would spam random topics in the GTA IV sub-forum by either putting a one smiley post (always consisting of the emoticon) or by pasting something completely irrelevant to the topic with large text and a random picture. He joined in December '08, although didn't start spamming til 12/15/2010. His username is pepikJS, and here are some of his posts:

He also made some really long posts, including something about what all the religions think about "sh*t happening", an autobiography about Captain G.R. Gopinath, all the text from a random person's MySpace something about how to communicate, something about a fake lottery, info about one of Haris Pilton's arrests, a random poem, and some random forum's posts.

Uh, it's just like a normal beach, except people are usually just naked. Even then, it's often that you'll find topless beaches more than completely nude beaches. You're barely wearing any clothes as is, so it's not a big deal in most places. It's when you make a big deal about LOL NAKED PEPLES that is the issue.

The local radio show has a quiz for call in contestants, and to keep it FAIR, they offer up a question called "UnGoogleable", a nonsense word, perhaps, but they mean you can't look up the answer when asked, YOU must KNOW it and submit the answer, plain and simple.

 

All I did was request no one cheat. That's not too dang hard to grasp, for most intelligent people. MOST
