Bigfoot/Leatherface mod that doesn't suck?

Alright I'm sorry for making a topic about this because I know it's supposed to go in the mod request thread, but I wanna add some discussion to it.

 

Basically, I want a freeroam Bigfoot/Leatherface mod that gives me a challenge (preferably CLEO). Not some retarded mission or a weak non-aggressive ped. If nothing like this exists, would anyone happen to know what code to adjust to make a ped as aggressive as possible? As well as fast walk speed and high melee attack power. This way I could take an existing mod (such as the inaccurately named Deadly Bigfoot mod) and tweak it to my liking.

 

I don't know much about CLEO scripting, but I'm capable of editing existing lines of code if anyone can provide me the correct syntax.
