New Sig

[Lithium]

Hey could someone make me a new sig with this picture?

 

 

I would like it in the left hand corner on a slant, my name in there, with a dark orange background. Maybe something else cool in there, like the Zaibatsu Z?

i wasn't really sure if you wanted the original text from the picture in there but i left it out, and i'm not quite sure what you meant by the left hand corner on a slant

i'll try and make it better because the quality is a bit bad, gimp is quite bad at anti-aliasing

you can obtain the same result in gimp, the antialias was messed at cutting.

I really like that second one! How about a black background added to it, and outlining the letters in yellow?

yeah, i should have used the lasso tool to make the selection but i was lazy and just did it a different way, but how do you get your cut outs to look so sharp and clean?

umm no, the lasso tool would just be too tedious.

 

 

mess with the "threshold" when using either of the selection tools. (in GIMP)

Besides, lasso tool wouldn't be a good idea. I prefer the eraser method.

i think the lasso tool is quite easy to use on gimp, you can just place points like using the paths tool

I have to agree with Narcis on this one. If GiMP has the magic wand type of tool, in this case that would/should work just fine for the most part.

"Magic" tools like that are good where the colors have a high contrast from either other, in this case black and white and you can't get more high contrast than that.
