xpb
Glamour, fashion, disco. This is what Vice City is. At least what it used to be, now it's turned into a huge chaos. Everything is gang and mafia. Crime everywhere, murders every week, and the rate of people getting stabbed by some high-school dropout gangster is increasing by the second. Of course there's always someone that needs to set some thing strait... It's up to Danny Braxton to try and survive and put order in the deceiving streets of Vice City. The game is set in present-tense. Like Luis, Danny is a bodyguard. He's the bodyguard of the biggest and baddest Mafioso in Vice. His name is Pietro Di Lazzaro. (Danny calls him Mr. P or P. Note: He only allows Danny to call him that way, if others don't call him Mr. Di Lazzaro he gets truly annoyed.) Mr. Di Lazzaro (I'm going to call him Mr. P of the rest of the story) gets threatened a lot. He is wanted dead by many and it doesn't surprise him. Mr. P's business is going down with all the chaos in Vice, so he wants Danny to help him stop all this madness. He also wants to rise back to the top on the Mafia business. He was once on top of the Mafia ranking, and is willing in unpatience to get back there. Mr. P will be your guide and counselor through the game, you can call him frequently so that he catches up on your personal life. He is really involved in your life and sees you more like a friend. If you are dating a girl, you can call him and tell him that. Then he'll advice you somehow. Start: The story starts with Danny being interviewed by Mr. P to get hired. Danny is telling him what he does and that kind of stuff. At the end of the little cut scene, you get hired by Mr. P, and your first job is to drive him and protect him while he goes and checks his business in 'Red Light District ' You drive all the way there and Some 'Triads' are fighting Mr P's men. You have to escort Mr. P to a safe place and shoot the enemies while you're on it. Mr. P will hand you a gun, which you will be instructed on how to use. Killing the triads is easy, there's few of them and you're not alone. You have two other of Mr. P's backup,. At the end Mr. P thanks you and pays you 200$. Safehouse: Your first safehouse is given to you by Mr. P. Since he isn't exactly the most kind person on the universe, he gives you a low class safehouse as your first one, and after he sees you're doing a good job, he'll reward you with better and bigger safehouses. The first safehouse is located on top of a noodles restaurant. It has its privileges, you get free food. It's pretty cozy and has everything you need, a bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It also has an incredibly small living room which has the TV. Last and highest-class safehouse is a mansion located in Starfish Island with a pool, you can actually swim in it, and a jacuzzi. You can have parties in high-class houses. In parties you can dance and get drunk. It's a lot like the nightclub lifestyle experience. In some parties, enemy gangs will come and shoot you and the party members, you have to shoot back and kill them all. After the shootout, the party people will leave. Daniel 'Danny' Braxton: Danny's Start Clothes: Brown Cargo Jacket, black shirt underneath, jeans, shoes. Danny is 28 years old. His young and positive attitude flatters Mr. P and tranquilizes him at all moments. Danny knows when to be optimistic and when to be mad. He's got control of his emotions. He is what girls would consider a "Gentleman." He looks a lot like Nathan Drake from Uncharted and Dean Winchester from Supernatural. Mr. Pietro Di Lazzaro: He's 51 years old and he's always in a bad mood because he's "old." He's kind of mean, he's mean to everyone except Danny. Mr. P says Danny reminds him of when he was his age. He's married to some woman and they're always fighting. The other thing Mr. P likes as much as Danny is his daughter, Annie Di Lazzaro. Packie McReary: Yes, Packie returns back to the game, in case you don't know about him, he's Irish, young, and his real name is Patrick. He's one of Danny's best friends throughout the game. He will help you out on everything and seems to be really familiarized with bombs. If you keep a good friendship relationship with him, he will call you and offer to come with a car bomb and a detonator. He will give you the detonator and you can park the car wherever you want. Once that's done, go at a safe distance away from the car and detonate the bomb. A huge explosion will be released destroying everything on its path. Monique: Monique is Elizabeta's sister. Unlike Elizabeta, Monique isn't a drug addict. She has boyfriend problems and she is pregnant. She still smokes, until Danny tells her smoking while pregnant is bad for the baby. Monique gives you many missions and is a main role throughout the game. She has the same character importance as Bernie Crane, even though she is presented to you way before. Elizabeta is also in the game, not seen, but mentioned. Mostly by Monique, saying that she needs to find a real job and do something with her life. Justine: Justine is Danny's first girlfriend in the game. She is presented to Danny by Monique. Justine is white and blond, but Monique is still her friend. She works for the Vice City Heat (Newspaper) and later Justine dies while trying to take a picture of a crime. She is shot and doesn't live. However, you will take revenge on the assassin, before killing him you'll question him and then you can choose to kill him or not. It's your personal opinion and it won't really affect the game, except that the assassin (by then retired) will come on as a random encounter. Jeff Fletcher: Jeff gives you a lot of missions. He is also one of Danny's best friends. He considers himself as a 'ladies' man,' but doesn't have a girlfriend. Jeff is a man of action, so in many of his missions he actually tags along. He will always make you drive, though, as he really likes drinking (although he isn't considered alcoholic) but it was sometime in the past proven that Jeff can't really be trusted in a car ride. He uses the AK-47 in any mission or job. If you maintain a good friendship relationship with him, then his benefit will be toggled. His benefit is that he, personally will come as backup and help you out. You may think that's pretty boring, or stupid, but he has a shockingly high amount of health and will barely die. When he has full health, an explosion will not kill him. It takes up to two bazooka shots to kill Jeff, that's how tough his is. Hell yeah! David Penn: David is a young american mobster. He's probably in his thirties and is doing really well. He owns various clubs and also does a little of smuggling business, which doesn't go so well. He isn't really your friend, but if you advance 'till a certain point in the game, he'll call and say that you can visit his nightclubs scattered around town. Just go there to dance and have a good night, it's really the TBoGT nightlife concept. Tyler Slade: Tyler is Danny's childhoodfriend. They went to school and grew up together. Tyler's business goes extremely well as he owns a lot of bars around the city. The bars are only a little extra for his business, as he is an excellent businessman and commanding figure in Vice City. He is young and 'handsome.' Looks a lot like Claud and Tommy. He is a friend of yours, and when you have a really good friendship with him, his benefit is unlocked. His benefit is to call him and he'll come pick you up in his helicopter. Then he'll take you wherever you want to go, for free. Raphael Novelli: He's about 45 years old. He cares about himself and his business. Nothing else. He is a momma's boy, and during his cutscenes he is constantly seen arguing with his mother. His father died in some war, and he has an aching death wish. At first you work for him, but when his business starts going to the dumps, he'll eventually start a hate towards you attempting to take the blame on somebody else. He'll often accuse you of stuff you didn't do, and call you a cheat and a liar. Gerry McReary: Plain old Gerry. He's the same, seriously. Out of the pen, his first missions are actually him in prison and you doing what he says, but further on in one of his missions you have to escort him to court, where he'll be released. But he's got trouble coming and you gotta protect the security people. Big Papi (Mr. Gino Gambetti, part of the Gambettis.): Main antagonist. He's mean and bullies everyone around. Like Mr. Faustin from GTA IV, he kills many of his employees when they annoy him. However, he will be presented to you much further onto the game, just like Jimmy P. He hates loud sounds therefore hates bazookas. You will not do missions for him, but several of the missions will be against him. At one points he starts blackmailing Jeff, and you put a stop to it when you kill his right hand man, Francis Carter. François Mullac Also an antagonist. He plays a huge role but at the end he dies. He's old, Like Jimmy P. He's french and speaks with a heavy accent. It is rumored he is inbred. He is a lot like Ray Bulgarin, he is pretty dumb when it comes to common sense, but when it comes to planning he might as well be considered planning. Adam Braxton Adam is young, younger than Danny, in fact, he's Danny's younger brother. Danny is surprised when he learns Adam is in the city, especially when he is informed he works for Mr. Gambetti, the enemy. Danny persuades Adam to stop working for Mr. Gambetti, as he is sure that he is only usng Adam to get to Danny. Cuban Crackle This mission is given to you by Raphael Novelli. He tells you that there are some illegal Cubans arriving in the docks of Vice City. You need to get there and kill them all, but you need to get there in a certain period of time. The Cubans are all men, they also have guns. They are only 5, so it's not hard, but it's hard getting there on time. You have to shoot all the enemies and get to the van. Jeff dies. Alternate Ending 2: François Mullac attacks Mr. P's house. You have to get Mr. P out safely while the house burns in flames. Once Mr. P is out, you need to go back and retrieve his documents and his safe box. Adam dies. Thanks to lasventuras08 for idea of radio stations and Narcis_speed6 for logos and titles. Try something like just "Grand Theft Auto Vice." Overall though, i think you did a great job on this topic. The Guru
Looks good. I was just about to post something like that. Usually when I see someone say "Lots of hard work", they will usually do a piss poor job at it. But you definitely nailed it nicely. Keep up the good work! I find nothing wrong with the title. It is a fanfic after all. xpb
Thanks for all the feedback guys! Most of you are right about different things. First off -Yes, I did notice that the names are a little squished and disorganized. I'll get to that right away. -Second, I also noticed some spelling mistakes. I guess I rushed through. I'll also get to that now. -And about the name, I also was doubting about it, but I already created the whole thing and I asked for the logo. I do enjoy you guys suggesting other names. I know back to vice is a little weird, but I'll stick to it for now. -And thanks to all of you who like my story!!
