The topic can be divided into SA-MP or MTA:SA. I was thinking it would be a great way for people to find out about new servers. If you want to add your server to the topic, you'll probably have to PM GTArv and ask him to do it. As for arranging and taking part in MP events, follow the link Lemus has posted.
