How to obtain ALL safehouses (PSP)

I was wondering if anyone out 'there' knows how to obtain all the safe houses?

 

I am two down. I have won one in a scratch card, shall I just keep trying that way? Also, there are no more safe houses to buy on the map that are listed in the GPS.

 

Also, would R* social club have anything to do with this?

if you have already won the the house from the srcatch card then stop right there because thats the only one that your suppose to win in a scratch card. and if you have already obtained all the other houses on the map then you must do missions to unlock the other ones. ohhhh, and BTW dont forget to do the pedestrian missions that they asked you to do. there is one guy that will give you a house at the end if you do his mission(its a thse pedestrians that hang around all the time on the streets. you will see an icon on your map of a blue guy). and no, rockstar has nothing to do with this. hope i helped if you need any more help, please just ask

Thanks! I had 20, but I got the one of the pedestrian and obtained the 'Key to the city'.
