WhistleBlower
So, let's imagine that the map of Liberty City in GTA 3 was a real city. It's loosely based off New York City, I know, and yeah it's pretty violent given the events of GTA 3, so let's flash-forward a year into its future (October/November 2002) where things have calmed down. Also, let's say that Claude either stopped being violent altogether and got a job, died, or he simply left town doing all of the citizens of the city one massive favor. Now this is where you come in. You know Liberty City like the back of your hand (I know I do) and you've got three islands to choose from. Let's say money isn't a problem. Where would you live? Personally, I would choose the northern-most region of Shoreside Vale, where you can drive parallel the tunnel alongside the fancy houses. You get a great view of the city and you're close to the city limits, whether it's the tunnel leading to Upstate or the Francis International Airport.
