Starts Thrashin' RC. * Two blocks south of Punk Noodles in Chinatown, Portland Island. Starts RC Triad Take-Down. * Near the boat house in Belleville Park, Staunton Island. Starts Ragin' RC. * South of the terminal inside Francis International Airport, Shoreside Vale. And gtaforums does not have a spell checker. If it did I would suggest that you use it though... If it did I would suggest that you use it though... right click the word you spelled wrong and the rc cars name is RC Bandit and the toyz van starts the rc race and you need a cheating device.
