you have to get a four-door car and drive to the desert. find Paul and Maccer. the later say that he remembered snakes, lots of snakes (snake farm) when you kill the attackers, they ask you to drive them to the Casino in LV

damn I forgot the mission name but....you have to destroy some roadblocks and protect the van until it gets into the drugs factory. you can get a sniper (I think) and a rocket launcher in the beginning and get onto the bike and go to the roadblock(s). (mission name anyone?)
