This is a mission I was thinking about.

 

In a final part of it, CJ was locked on one of dam's towers by a dam's security who was chasing him, and a police has already arrived at the scene. CJ's one, and only way to escape is to jump from a very high into the water. A very risky jump, but he attempted it, and fortunately he succeeded and survived.

Zilch is a slang term for "zero"
