QTCF.dll Error HELPP PLEASE.

Please anyone help me i see this message in loging in gta iv i am from brazil and the image have anyone letters portugues ok but the error is in QTCF.dll.

my pc is not old i buy in 2008 (2gb memory - 512mb ddr5 ATI radeon HD - intel dual core inside 1,6ghz - hd80gb).

i remember me i delete xlive.dll in system32 to put the xlive.dll gta iv can this is the error?

i don't know about the xlive in the system32 but maybe.

EDIT: u're using WIN 95/98/xp?

i think its a little slow ur computer it has 1,6 ghz????maybe this is it i dont know !!!

yeah it's the 1.6 GHZ, IV need about 2.4 so ur GPU aren't strong enough

and obviously if ur com is a win95/98 it won't work.
