You can do them to a lot of games like Left4Dead 1&2 mods they got patched pretty quickly same with RDR. Some gamesaves are just like 100% completion or some have mods with them. You used to only be able to do them with a transfer cable but now you can do it with a flash drive. The mods in GTA IV are iso mods not gamesave ones, the only gamesave ones you can do for GTA IV is some little things with a tool called "Grand Theft Modification" which you can only do in single player. You are right with that, they make a bad name for modders and there are so many of them out there that now it seems whomever doesn't have mods have a hatred for every modder because of them. It is more like 1/50 modders are nice because of how many leeches have mods in this game. I freeze a lot along with you because of them, I might not freeze as much but some modders think they are so cool changing one line of text within the vehicles.ide makes them a great modder while getting off on doing it every game they join. It is very simple to make a freeze car, and people can spawn any car at a police station to freeze people with. It does get very annoying and you eventually get used to it and you turn your 360 off and then back on in less than 2 seconds. Hence why i went back to Vanilla IV (GTA IV) XTREME0235. They made patches and it still didnt help so the quit wasting there time and worried aobut there new game and upcoming ones. I agree online console modding sucks but you cant stop it. Someone is always gonna find a way around a patch. See once the GayTags(Jtags) run out of keyvaults to go online with the VERY large moddding community we hav, we will make an exploit on the new console. Plus I bet these modders make you better online. They challenge you to beat there mods. You find new tactics to doing things. So what Im saying is R* most likely isnt gonna patch tbogt. IF they do, a new mod will come out. If microsft patches hotswapping and dvd drive flashing. Well the dvd drive flashing cant be stopped. All that can be done for that is to wait untill all the old dvd drives that are exploitable die out from bans. Once that happens they will take the drives out of those consoles and out them in new ones. See us console modders will ALWAYS find some way to get around something. It is never going to stop. Now yes I am a console modder. An offline one at that but yes a console modder. So theres my thoughts on console modding and GTA modding and sh*t. But I have Romanian friends who use to mod games, consoles, hack into web accounts etc. If you google some facts about Romanians you will notice they are the best hackers in eastern Europe and even in the world. Not only on the XBOX but also on the ps3 , it looks like both consols are vurnable to modders.
