NickRad Posted October 9, 2010 Share Posted October 9, 2010 You could always tell R* that modding is destroying your consoles and that your going to get a group of people to sue them, then they'd listen I've already told them the link to this thread and the fact that they are ignoring the fact that our consoles can get seriously damamged by modders that is classed as criminal damage. At the moment I'm waiting for those ingrates to reply. They do reply to me most of the time. Also, the fact that they ignore some important e-mails can be added to a report against them where they are shooting themselves in the foot more. It's bad enough they ignore what we have to say about all this modding stuff and when they ignore important e-mails, they prove more to us that they are abusing our customers rights. I have something in mind for them. I'm going to contact Office of Fair Trading and The Trading Standards and report Rockstar to them. Action is clearly being taken which means they are listening to us (and also coming to this forum, which is also good! ) so hopefully they can fix it. Get rid off them all They did release patches for TBoGT about 2 or 3 times already, one of which was to patch the parachute & infinite nitrous glitches as well as the modders getting a hold of the games coding. Since then, the modders (mainly Brady Mac and a few others) always manage to get their ways and by-pass the patch yet again. So if they just ban these modders while ALSO releasing a patch, things should be better they just need to do for what they did to GTA IV. XTREME0235. But then again, modders were only just being born in TBoGT when the parachute glitch was discovered, so that may or may not have some factor towards it, it still does disappoint me though none the less. As stated, friendly or not they are still breaking the rules and Microsoft's 'laws' and spoiling the gameplay in regards to more content that should not be imposed to the game. XTREME0235. I can be killed just like any original player, i just did not give you the satisfaction of killing me with your rocket pistol so i dodged them with the Annihilator (it doesn't help my net is lagging because i am capped and i re-cap on the 16th, so until then my net is slow and lags). You will deny this because you do not like me for some reason because i have put you in this topic, modders are no good, they have no skill and they act like king sh*t countless times. I don't let modders get the satisfaction of killing me, i join the game, find the modder, list them down on my Notepad file and then finally report them for System tampering shortly before leaving to prevent getting frozen. Then you should understand why this has become a popular topic for the Xbox 360 modding community. It will hopefully be spread out more to the public for more publicity.
