GTA IV Very annoying graphic bug

Dear reader,

 

I have a problem with my GTA IV, i know it has been discussed for a while now, but i want to know if someone with the same problem has solved it yet.

GTA IV Version: 1.0.7.0

 

I have got the latest drivers for my graphic cards.

 

The problem: Flickering shadows everywere when crossfire is enabled, even in the loading screen.

 

I hope someone can help me.

AFAIK the only know solution is to turn off CF.

crossfire and sli mess up in this game. though the latest nvidia driver seems to have sli working for this game, but only 5 fps gain and slightly smoother with major power usage = not worth it

simple solution use 10.4 drivers and stay away from the crap that has proceeded this driver if your using crossfire .

that wont help much, even without crossfire / sli you get the issues he described, its called z-fighting and using cs/sli makes it worse

i was getting this bad aswell when i was using the newest drivers

i guarantee if he uninstalls the drivers properly

and installs 10.4

well i tried it on my sons computer, and it is exactly the same - with or without crossfire on. so i am glad it worked for your system, but is apparently not the same for all systems.
