Comrade Suhov
Greetings. Recently I've overclocked my Core i7 920 processor to 4.01 Ghz and my GTX275 video card and now I've encountered problem with GTA IV Benchmark tool. While I can set up vertical synch in normal game in Benchmark this option is always off for me. So, then benchmark is about to load, I've got around 6200 FPS on my screen and shortly after my PC reboots. There is no overheat at all but I think just lots of power consuption. Moreover, before I've tryed benchmark with same config but with factory clock on loading I were getting around 4000 FPS and video card made a noise like it's chewen alot of power too. So, is there a way to limit frames in GTXIV to 120 or something? I've tryed commands like "–frameLimit 1" and "-refreshrate 60" but still nothing. Only way to fix that problem so far is to force vertical synch in driver setting but that won't allow me to go past 60 FPS wth results. mkey82
I don't think you have a stable overclock there. Otherwise, you can use this http://rapidshare.com/files/160642187/FPS_Limiter_0.2.rar to limit FPS.
