Possible drug dealing?

Hey guys, yesterday i was sitting late up beeing bored.. And one think was on my mind " Why is there no drug dealing in GTA IV " But .. I decided to go throught many Speeches... Diffrent peds that is and nikos speeches too .. Speeches is things he can say. I found him saying " Hurry up, Hook me up " The speech was Named " Drug Buy " Replaying it leads to him saying 4 Diffrent Speeches possibly. So i was like WTF .. I go thru more Pedestrian models .. i found lots of speeches that have with drugs to do, And drug dealers saying sh*t like " This sh*t will take you to the moooon " ETc .. i dont remember well exacly. I belive maybe in the beta you could do sumtin or this was a test ? Can you ever see drug dealing .. I sometimes roleplay change model to be someone else like a gangsta etc and i walk the streets.. use the speeches .. and all that but .. I have NEVER seen a drug deal .. Is there any way to deal the drugs as there is so 2 Animations too its " Buy drugs " and " Sell Drugs " and bunch of panic animations when somebody sees u. Can you MAYBE see drug Deals or Maybe deal cause if you cant * Bam *
