Why doesn't anyone kick modders?

Lately, every single time I see a modder in a game I join in TBoGT on the 360, eventually my game freezes.

 

My simple question to those of you out there who also play TBoGT on the 360, why don't you kick modders as soon as they join?

 

I have seen pretty much everything modders are capable of, so seeing them fly around in their buses, Swifts, and Skyhooks, driving around in their trains, and knocking people out of their vehicles with a stun gun is just getting old.

 

Today my 360 froze 6 times or so, and 4 of those times were within 15 minutes..

this is something I can never figure out. Why people don't kick ahole modders and ahole pilots.

well... erm, you could vote to kick, that may start the other ppl voting, or if they really bother you you could sacrifise all that is good in you and report them the R* or MS
