mystk
Just upgrade your RAM to 4GB and get a 64 bit OS and you'll be able to run both IV and EFLC on much better settings than low. SP3 If I am interpreting it correctly, you've got your stats mixed up, your CPU runs at 2.4GHz and you have a 1GB Geforce 9800 X2 which is a bit old these days. Why on earth would you get a framerate boost from the expansion pack? That's never been stated. Anyway, there is no magical fix, you need to upgrade your machine but Dell are notorious for gluing down their components so good luck! WesternRevolver
Actually, EFLC runs smoother for me than IV, and I have 8500GT. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/457553-gta-4-vs-episodes-from-liberty-city-fps/#findComment-1060096428 Share on other sites

GTA3Freak-2001
No honestly EFLC does feel smoother, I don't think the fps is really higher just that its more stable giving the feeling of higher fps. I know many people say the get more problems but hey it is GTA4, its like a lucky dip!
