97.75% complete

I have done all the requirement as stated in the list, and I counter checked with various sites.

 

I am very sure I've completed EVERYTHING as listed in 100% check list. but still I am at 97.75 (2.25% is missing!)

 

 

I've unlocked most single player throphy except a few tricky one below

 

- Key to the City

- Finish him

- Rolled Over

 

I've checked my stat countless times, I believe I've completed all the requirements, but for some reason I still missing something, something that didn't stated clearly.

 

The problem of GTA series is they never provide an internal 100% check list, the system has noway to keep track individual task requirement for 100%, all we did is just guess and rely on external party check list.

 

I tried redo all friends activities (which has no throphy to indicate completion) and 97.75% is what I am at now

 

Is there anyway to extract my save file and check for incomplete task?

 

Or anyone can advise me what could possible still missing in my quest of 100%

or you havent finished the random characters, you have met all 14 but maybe not done all the meetings with the ones you meet 2-3 times

Have a read thru the stickied thread on getting 100%. It can be helpful for finding what you're missing. It's most likely something to do with one of the friend activities. Remember you have to bowl a full 10 frame game.

IIRC, this is exactly what happened to me and as it turned out, I'd forgotten to go eat with jacob. I'd written it down when I hadn't done it, or somehow the game didn't save it.

Thanks for the tips, I got in the dialog saying "you have completed all activities with friend_name " for all three of the friends... isn't that already indicate that I've completed all activities with friends?

 

I didn't skip the show either, play thru it, even it is a damn boring standup. They should've get Russell Peters.

 

I didn't keep track of the Random Characters mission, but I do it until I got "No more strangers" throphy, isn't that indicates I've completed all Random Character mission requirement? Though I still spot one (at least) appearing even though I got the "No more Strangers" Throphy. Unless getting "No more strangers" still not good enough to 100%

Some random character appear more than once. Unlocking the trophy only indicates that you've encountered all the random peds and does not necessarily mean that you've completely any of their missions.

Make sure that you've successfully completed the missions accepted at all locations (that apply to you).

Just because you get the achievements doesn't mean you did all the requirements for 100%. All that means for the friends is you got them to 90% liking you. You only need to do them for Packie, Brucie and Little Jacob.

Same with the strangers.

Perhaps I can narrow it down for you a bit.

 

Looking at the completion list:

Going with friends on activities give you 5/3rd's or 1.66%. There is no way that these, or in some combination with other criteria, can add up to the 2.25% you are missing - so it isn't ATTENDING activities with friends you need to do.

 

If you've done all the story missions, then you must be missing one of the following as they are the only way you can end up with a ~.25% remaining decimal:

 

Beat computer or friend pool 1.25

Beat computer or friend darts 1.25

Beat computer or friend bowling (A FULL GAME) 1.25

Get the high score in the Cub3d arcade game 1.25

 

The remaining one percent this doesn't account for then suggests there are two random encounters you have yet to find (excluding Jeff, Ivan, Clarence, and Cherise).

 

If you've already got the "No more strangers" achievement you've met them all so it must be second (or third if Brian) ecounters you are missing. That narrows it down to either Brian, Sara, Pathos, Marnie or Eddie Low. Remember Eddie only appears between 10pm and 4am

I did a Full Bowlling with Brucie, and now I am at 99.00%, still missing 1.00%

 

My stat stated I met 12 Random Characters (100% check list has 16)

 

I go to each Random Characters location, none of them were highlighted in the map, even according to the specific time frame for that two specific Characters stated in the 100% check list map.

 

Would it be because that I was using a helicopter? The character won't listed in the map because I am driving a heli?

 

I am now pretty sure I've done all except for Random Characters, but why they are not showing?! even I was there at 10pm for Eddie 2nd and 3rd encounter.... this is so frustrating...

 

why the system itself doesn't have built-in check list? this will make housekeeping much easier. I am sure this is not too much to ask. Especially if you missed 1 of the 200 pigeons... this will become super frustrating... luckily I didn't miss any of the pigeons.

I've noticed that sometimes they don't appear properly - I have to drive back and forth to get them to spawn at times. The worst for this is Gracie, but you must have met he to get "No More Strangers". Make sure you've got the location exactly right and drive round the block. They may not show up on a chopper. Maybe looking on YouTube will help you work out which ones you haven't done. There's only two ecounters for Eddie Low, and without any spoliers you would know if you'd done them, so I bet that is one of the ones you haven't got.

i am having the same exact problems!

 

i am at 95.85% (not exactly sure, im at work at the moment) and i only need the flying rats.

 

im hoping its the random character missions i havent completed..i did ALLL the activities with packie, brucie and LJ yesterday. without skipping or anything...

 

another thing that has me worried is that ive used health, vehicle and weapon cheats in my mission story mode, vigilanty missions, etc. etc....yet ive gotten the trophies for them too. im hoping the cheats arent holding me back from getting 100% completion..

 

i will find out in 4 hours!
