Darecki
Hi! I have another problem with my IV. I've replaced almost every single car in the game (except trucks). I've installed one car, then checked if it works, then another one and so on. Everything was fine, no crashing when spawning the car and driving it around. But, a few days ago, I started to play a bit longer and... Boom, crash . I didn't know what caused this. I've spawned all the modified cars at once, tried if they work when I get into them, and no, there were no crashes. Altough, when I play longer, I get random crashes... Because of what they may happen? Thanks a lot for any help Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/457528-something-causes-crashes/ Share on other sites
_Mike_
Hey, just wanted to say that I was searching the forum for a solution to this exact same problem. I've installed about 20 or so modded cars in the game, and Im using xLiveless + a vehicle spawner called ProVehicleMod. I tried spawning each and every car like you mentioned, no crashes or anything. However, game seems to crash at random, sometimes after playing an hour, other times a few seconds after getting in-game. If someone has any ideas on what could possibly cause this and any eventual fix, I aswell would be very grateful! _Mike_
Well, having found no other solution, I remembered I was still running the 1.0.4.0 version of the game, so I decided to update to version 7 and I dont wanna spoil it by braggin, but I've had no crashes after playing for about 2 hours straight. Hopefully it'll stay that way! So anyway, good luck with this Darecki, I hope you're not already updated to the newest version and you can still try this . kudoboi
the error is known as smpa60 error, remove all modded cars from ur car safelot and if it still happens update the game. also get SNT instead of simplecarspawner. from my own expirence it happens when u download more than 5 cars. i don't think there is a fix for it. _Mike_
Scratch my last reply, it still happens despite the update. I'll be sure to try out the safelot idea, thanks for the tip kudoboi. Pro Racer
I'm having a similar issue with my game. It crashes occasionally in Single Player, and much too often in Multiplayer, despite me playing with only one other person with practically the same car mods installed. I've tried removing all my scripts, not spawning too many cars in Multiplayer, and nothing seems to work. Every half-hour or so my game ends up crashing for no apparent reason. I'm interested in hearing if there's anyone out there who has a bunch of modded cars and doesn't experience random game crashes in both SP and MP. Venlonaer
If you modded the cars that were parked on your parking lot then it's obvious that's the reason why your game crashes, always remove your cars before modding them There's also a fast way of getting them away instead of modding them back again, just use quick boost while being in a car to launch them off your parking spot, step out, press TAB and press enter to save game (if you have got SNT) Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/457528-something-causes-crashes/#findComment-1060112640 Share on other sites
