Do you have mods installed?

Try deleting the gta_sa.set file from the User Files folder?

If that doesn't help, then reinstall the game.

 

Also, don't post huge images that stretch the page. Either resize them or post thumbnails.

After reinstalling, did you delete the gta_sa.set file from the User Files folder?

Did you face this problem before or only after you installed mods?

Which OS are you on?

Before going too far, as a lot of time is wasted on trying to fix a no-fix situation:

Are you playing the game with the Original DVD in the Drive? You are not trying to use a No-CD program or crack.

• What platform: PC, PS2, or X-Box

• What version number of GTA: SA

• What CPU and its speed

• How much RAM, also what kind (DDR, SDRAM) and speed

• What video card

• Which version of Windows (and any service packs)

• Which DirectX version

• What sound card

• History: Is this your first install? Did it work once before? Anything that is relevant.

• Screenshots, if applicable. This is especially necessary with display issues which can be explained far easier by use of visual aids.

• Above all else, a detailed description of your problem. Give as much information as possible! Keep it relevant, though. We don't need a fifty-page printout from some diagnosis program. Usually the above prompts will suffice.

 

 

Also, by the looks of the screen shot, it looks like you have mods(that outfit does not look like the ones in game, also, it looks like the money section is modded too, as if i'm not mistaken, the icon is green, not blue. Also, is this the Retail(DVD) version, OR a Downloaded game? If Downloaded, from where?

 

So, do a COMPLETE un-install/re-install and delete everything from the install directory that the un-install missed, and delete the .set file in the User Files Folder, then do a re-install. This is either a mod problem OR a Video Card problem.
