Game Crashes areound Carl's house

It has never did it before since yesterday. When I go outside of Carl's house it works fine but when I come back or making a burnout driving and facing towards Sweet's house, it stops working. And yes I tried without modding it.

 

HP Windows 7 64bit

750 GB Hard Drive

AMD Athlon II 630 Quad Core Processor

4 GB DDR3 system memory

 

And its a brand new computer.

Before going too far, as a lot of time is wasted on trying to fix a no-fix situation:

Are you playing the game with the Original DVD in the Drive? You are not trying to use a No-CD program or crack.

If you Downloaded your game: is it from other than Direct2Drive or SteamPower.com?

What Version do you have (1, 2, or 3)?

Which cheats have you used?

Mine was bought from Wal-Mart, Version 2 but downgraded it to V1 and no I'm not using the no-cd program or crack, just the original disc.

Downgraded is for modding(?) ... so maybe the mod is the fault.

How does it play without the change?

Not very great sometimes, Inever that problem before when I put it in on my new HP.

Reinstall the game and delete the gta_sa.set file from the User Files folder.

Also, try running the game in Windows 98 compatibility mode.

I started a new game to see what happens, so far she's working ok.
