Id rather kill playboy but my mission completion percentage for him is only sixtyseven percent; and is a hundred for dwayne; will it effect my ability to beat the game if i kill playboy because not all the missions are done for him?

I think the whole "Kill Playboy or Dwayne" should do that extra percentage. Feel free to kill Playboy, I don't think anything can stop you from getting 100% in IV.

It won't affect it, if it did, they wouldn't give you the choice .

Like General Goose said the Kill X or Y should make it zoom up to 100 percent.

First of all there still are people who didnt complete the game yet so spoiler tags will do it

 

if u kill x you will get:

- his apartament

- in the wardrobe secret clothes from gta 3

- an email from dwayne that he wants to be your friend

 

killing dwatne u will get:

- 25000 cash

 

i killed playboy x. the rewards are just better.

A general recommendation for the choices you will come across in the game:

 

When you get a choice of who to kill, whether to let someone live or die, or a mission option, it does not affect your ability to reach 100% completion. It will still be possible regardless of your decision.

 

As for making a choice, I woulde save your game before hand, and play it through both ways. It is the only way you will experience all of the game, regardless of what the stats tell you have been completed.
