I generally thought it was impossible to get through his long chain of cars he wants but I soon realised it is not so. hard. I used the map provided at http://grandtheftauto.ign.com/wiki/Image:Steviescars.png and found the cars really easily. I would also like to give you the garage location. (Rocket Steet, Chase Point in Bohan)

I think it's more of a challenge to find them without the map. I love Stevie's cars, because it tests how well you know the city.

I just watched the original 1974 version last night. Very cool.

 

Makes me think that they could've made the car thefts a bit more involved. like once you do the first 25 then you have to find the last 5 in 6 game hours or something.

That's what Brucie is for, except there's no time limit.

 

When I first did Stevie's list, I found all but one without looking online. The one car that confused me was the Cognoscenti. I never checked alleyways.
