GTA IV Sound Problem

Hello all sorry if i am posting in wrong place but i am new here and dont know where should i post it ... So my problem is with Gta IV and i really need some help... So when I start GTA IV i have that sound bug. Let me explain... So first of all when i start the game, character's pictures which shows up when game is loading kind of moving forwards and backwards in some laggy way. But thats not too bad, the worst is when i join the game itself sound "freezes" i cant hear cars driving arround me, or when i am in a car i cant hear the horn, police siren, even engine. Only i can hear is that "bizzzz" and wind sound. After about 5 min sound becomes normal as it should be but for few secs and it freezes as it was on normal. For example when i am in police car driving with siren on and cant hear nothing and when sound becomes normal so then i car hear a siren and it freezes again so i only hear siren. Or i brake hard and that brake sound comes up and it frezzes so i only hear the same sound on and on and on ... it is really annoying... if anyone know how to fix it please help me Cheers Oh almost forgot... It only works fine with 1.0.3.0 patch until i quit the game after that everything is the same

These sound issues have been brought into correlation with many issue, but there were no fixes.

 

You can make sure you have audio acceleration enabled in audio properties in control panel.
