dinodom Posted August 16, 2010 Share Posted August 16, 2010 i was playing on DYOM and then i thought a good thing to add to the mod its not a very major suggestion but it may be helpful to anyone playing the mission, suggestion- when you fail the mission you should have some text underniether explaining why you failed e.g. your car was destroyed. this way anyone who downloaded your mission would know why they failed and not left confused Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(will there be one??) and add things like moving camera on cutscenes and if they had character, car and object editor why not a small map editor where you put streets, houses ect?? There's a lot of things they could add. And about your suggestion, I suppose that would be the problem with SA itself, as in the real game the message made as that is (as far as I know), a part of complexed cutscene or a dialogue which launches on the failure of the objective, which you should be able to do with the SCM file, but I don't think there is a way to include that into DYOM itself, as making something like that would take quite a long time. Also, there is not even a dialogue system in the mod itself that can be easily made, which is (quite frankly) a problem as well.
