San Andreas Re-Textured mod any good?

Just wanna ask, is this mod good? The texture replacements, I mean.

 

I'm really looking for a mod or set of mods that can replace the original textures of the game with HQ ones. If the mod above ain't decent, can 'ya guys suggest a mod I may have missed in my search?

yes! that mod is the most complete but the update is this SRT 3 Version 1.7

i recommend to install version 1.6 first but this is a good start modding the textures.
